Privacy policy

Indraprastha Associates is a real estate firm in Kerala, buying and selling flats, villas, land and rentals. Bharath Bhushan, Managing Partner, is responsible for the personal information described here.

We only collect what you give us when you enquire:

• Through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms — your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and your answers to the form’s questions (for example what you are buying for, your budget, when you can visit and where you live).
• Through WhatsApp or a phone call — your name, number and whatever you tell us about the property you are looking for.

• To call or WhatsApp you about the property you enquired about.
• To arrange a site visit or a live video visit.
• To tell you about other properties that match what you asked for — only if you are happy to hear from us. Say “stop” at any time and we will not contact you again.

We do not sell or rent your details to anyone. We share them only where it is needed to answer your enquiry — for example, telling a property’s owner when you would like to visit. Lead-form answers are collected and stored by Meta Platforms on our behalf, under Meta’s privacy policy.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms — enquiries go through WhatsApp or a phone call.

We keep your details only as long as we need them for your enquiry and its follow-up. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to being contacted. Message or call us on the number below and we will act on it.
